As a mom of two, I understand how we are always being pulled in different directions. Fitness has been my personal gateway to relieve stress, build happiness and has helped me become the best version of myself for my children. - I'm with you every step of the way! You will have me to fall back on with any questions or concerns. We will go through your weekly progress together and I will make sure you feel encouraged and supported throughout your entire fitness journey.
Community Support
- Join the team and have access to our group chat. Uplift each other, support each other and take it as a safe place to talk to people about your journey!
Macros Guidance and Nutritional Help
- Learn how to track your macros. I will calculate your macros for you and get on a zoom video call with you to show you how to track them. I will be able to view your entries every week and will go over them during our weekly check-ins! This is the best way to stay on track while still enjoying the food that you love!
Customized Fitness Plans
- Workout at home or at the gym? Doesn't matter! Your plan will be customized to fit you and your needs!
