- Video demonstrations of each workout.
- Tracking system of reps/lbs that you use on each exercise to guarantee that you will improve the following week.
- Track your body weight, body fat and even enter your progress photos into the app to ensure that you're on the right track.
- Meal guide that fits your macros.
The app is a subscription based item and will have a monthly price of $50.
You will be charged on the day you sign-up and every month on the same date unless your subscription is canceled.
